We identify opportunities and connect owners, buyers, investors and partners in transactions involving real assets of strategic interest. We facilitate introductions, support negotiations and coordinate the parties and their advisers throughout the process.
Corporate transactions & intermediation
We act as intermediaries in business sales and acquisitions, mergers and strategic alliances. We identify joint venture partners and support the structuring and negotiation of agreements, coordinating the parties and their advisers. We identify investors and coordinate equity and debt solutions with the appropriate parties for each transaction.
Industrial investment & implementation
We identify, structure and coordinate industrial investment projects. We support site selection and negotiations involving locations, assets and manufacturing plants, as well as the establishment of new facilities and the acquisition of existing ones.
Sponsorships & brand partnerships
We connect brands and businesses with projects and organisations seeking sponsorship. We define the fit and collaboration proposal, identify sponsors, support agreement negotiations and manage the relationship and follow-up on commitments.
Institutional relations & incentives
We coordinate engagement with national, regional and local public authorities. We support corporate representation, investment promotion and the identification and coordination of grants, subsidies and public support programmes.
Where appropriate, regulated financial advice, legal advice and tax advice are provided through duly authorised professionals.
